Keith Barrington Allen is the Founder and Principal Attorney of The Law Office of Keith Barrington Allen, a modern, full-service boutique law firm dedicated to estate planning, guardianships, probate, and trust and estate administration. A graduate of the City University of New York (CUNY) School of Law, Mr. Allen has built a reputation for delivering expert legal counsel with compassion, integrity, and a steadfast commitment to keeping families out of court and conflict.

Since founding the firm in 2022, Mr. Allen has also served as an attorney for CUNY’s City Counseling Program, partnering with elected officials throughout New York City to provide accessible legal services to the community. Prior to launching his practice, he served as an associate attorney at Hobson-Williams, P.C. in Jamaica Estates, New York, where he refined his expertise in elder law, landlord/tenant disputes, estate planning, and general civil litigation.

Mr. Allen’s diverse background also includes roles as an Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Analyst at Citibank, Of Counsel to the Law Office of Isa Abdur-Rahman, Esq., and a law clerk to the Honorable Margaret M. Hayden, J.S.C., in Newark, New Jersey, where he worked on sensitive abuse and neglect matters.
