With over 30 years of leadership experience in Human Resources, Operations, and Technology, Annette drives the firm’s mission to make estate planning, probate, guardianship, and trust administration both approachable and transformative.

Her work integrates cutting-edge technology with a human touch, creating a firm culture grounded in biblical stewardship and legacy building. Through thoughtful systems design and values-driven strategy, she ensures that KBA Law remains both future-ready and purpose-centered—where every process serves both people and principle. Our goal is to ensure every client feels seen, supported, educated, and secure.

Annette holds a Bachelor’s in Organizational Management, a Master’s in Information Systems Management, and an MBA in Business Intelligence, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She is also a Certified Professional Coach, Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, and Certified Temperament Counselor.

Outside the firm, Annette finds joy in family, travel, and community service through her church—living the same legacy-driven principles she helps clients build every day.
